gonna see my dad soon. :) today i want to talk about something NOT usually talked about.. gaining weight. i think 99% of media and all is about losing weight. well, that's not what I want. I used to weigh 220 lbs before leaving hawaii. i lost some fat and was 200 lbs when i lived in philippines before. then i got real sick for a long time and dwindled down to 140 lbs. since then, i've been slowly gaining it back since moving to cali june/2025. I am now at 260 lbs. not a huge gain, but substantial and i feel as tho most of the gain is muscle as well as a healthy layer of fat. what's my 'secret'. well, its NO secret.
I'm on the SEEfood diet. :P i also drink one protein shake at bedtime, and another upon waking. i am hitting the gym just once a week, but also doing micro workouts during the week. oh yea, and a bowl of ice cream after every dinner helps!
Were the same too. I wanna gain weight too. I do have a hyperthyroidism, it's one of the reason why I lose a lot of weight last year.
ahhhh. its pretty amazing how many calories u need in order to gain.. good luck to u.
Hmmmm..Eversince, I didn't experience gaining weight. I want to be fat, but not too fat. Plus 10 kgs maybe🤣
