It is not an unusual nor surprising facts that our words holds so much weight depending on the speaker and the receiver or the context on which the words are being used for.
When that usual saying that states "the mouth is a powerful weapon/tool" doesn't mean the mouth can be like a grenade launcher or a falcon interceptor or even a gun. In context of this saying it's explaining that the words we say can either build Someone's future or destroys it.
Making it our responsibility to be vulnerable, cautious and exposed all simultaneously though.
I believe there have been some periods in our life where things are not working, not balanced and frustrating, yeah this are period there should be caution taken in your choice of words against another individuals. This is in a concept of not been rude or triggered by the situation not to make things worse or destroy another because it isn't currently working for you so others should feel the pain.
In another way round, this weight our words carry cam be a blessing in a long run for other people and yet yourself.
Now, I had a friend who was sacked just recently, he was devastated and worrisome what could be the problem, because to him he was punctual and active but he doesn't know how to control his choice words but what happen has happened he needs to move on.
There was this utter of degrading comments and dissatisfaction in every little jobs he came across. I wasn't sure if he really knew what it mean by that saying "a bird at hand is better than a thousand in the woods". He always discriminate, that was when I knew why he was suspended. He didn't abide by the company's regulations.
I was there to lighten the burden on his shoulder base on he was at that time jobless but I wasn't getting a nice attitude and the way he degrade other minor jobs and the workers currently managing till greener pastures set's in.
I was upset and I told him these he's words are so brutal and harsh, doesn't he knows the wide range of negative effect it can cause. I could tell he was pained from losing his job but that doesn't makes you so aggressive and nonchalant. Choose your words wisely to be presentable, not every thing deserve blatant criticism instead input Constructive Criticism system.
You never know the encouraged words you tell to people that can also be a gateway to success because at that time that was all they needed, Words of Affirmations. Challenges can be all over like a burden but a man can still be kept strong and conquerors if there is a supportive words he hears.
There are words thag adds weight to already existing weight and there are words that once mentioned to hearing reduces every burden by half of not completely.
Words of encouragement
Words of togetherness
Words of love.
Many are words pattern that carries powerful positive outcome after every storm. While on the other hand the words of degrading comments and unsatisfactory leads to more weight.
