@lj1728 I really enjoyed reading your story! I can relate to balancing a sedentary job with exercise, it’s not easy but you dedication is so inspiring. I also smiled at your dessert moment, sometimes even our favorite sweets can surprise us. It made me appreciate the little things in my won routine too, sometimes I wanted to give up other responsibilities but seeing your post I get more motivated every day.
