Espero que se encuentren súper bien. Hoy estoy muy feliz por compartirles el acto de grado de mi hijo Dylan, quien pasó a primer grado. ¡Su primer logro cumplido! Como mamá orgullosa, tomé una cantidad impresionante de fotos para guardar este hermoso recuerdo. De verdad que fue un día súper especial. Habíamos tenido una semana muy atareada planeando todo para que los niños la pasaran increíble, y así fue. No puedo explicar la emoción y el orgullo tan grande que sentí en ese momento. Una lágrima brotó de la felicidad que invadía mi cuerpo y mi alma, al saber que mi bebé ya está creciendo y que estoy ahí para guiarlo en cada paso, disfrutando cada uno de esos bellos momentos. De verdad, no tiene precio.

I hope you are doing super well. Today I am very happy to share with you the graduation ceremony of my son Dylan, who moved on to first grade, his first accomplishment! As a proud mom, I took an amazing amount of pictures to keep this beautiful memory. It was truly a super special day. We had had a very busy week planning everything so that the kids would have an amazing time, and they did. I can't tell you how excited and proud I was at that moment. A tear welled up from the happiness that invaded my body and soul, knowing that my baby is already growing and that I am there to guide him every step of the way, enjoying every one of those beautiful moments. Truly, it is priceless.

Todo comenzó este viernes muy temprano. Tuve que pararlo a las 6 para que desayunara y estuviéramos listos a las 8 para irnos todos juntos. Llevamos la camisa blanca, la estola, el birrete, la copa para el brindis y nuestro bolso con su juguito y meriendas para que no faltara nada. Estábamos juntos los 4 y al entrar fue demasiado emocionante. Colocaron a todas las mamás junto a su hijo y en otras sillas a los acompañantes, ya que en el acto todo lo haríamos mamá e hijo. Caminamos de la mano apenas los llamaron para recibir su carpetita y que se tomara sus fotos. Al oír su nombre, no pude contener las lágrimas.

It all started very early this Friday. I had to stop him at 6 o'clock so he could have breakfast and we would be ready at 8 o'clock to leave all together. We took the white shirt, the stole, the cap, the glass for the toast and our bag with his juice and snacks so that nothing would be missing. The 4 of us were together and when we entered it was too exciting. They placed all the moms next to their son and in other chairs for the companions, since we would do everything in the act, mom and son. We walked hand in hand as soon as they were called to receive their little card and have their pictures taken. When I heard his name, I couldn't hold back the tears.

Estábamos su papá, su hermano, sus abuelas y su tío ahí con él en todo momento para demostrarle lo orgullosos y emocionados que estábamos por su gran logro. Cuando le cambiamos la camisa roja por la blanca, el cambio fue radical. Su carita, se veía tan grande, tan hermoso, tan contento. Fue una de las mejores experiencias.

We were his dad, brother, grandmothers and uncle there with him at all times to show him how proud and excited we were of his great accomplishment. When we changed his red shirt for the white one, the change was radical. His little face, he looked so big, so beautiful, so happy. It was one of the best experiences.
