Early in the morning we started to take a ride with HOPE.

It was so nice to witness the sun rising, as it indicates that every sunrise is a new beginning. A new beginning indeed since today is the first day for the month of September. Let's welcome September with a grateful heart and by early marketing of vegetables.
We didn't enter the main public market since we just bought our stuff along Santiago Boulevard, General Santos City. This street is open for vendors only at 7:00 in the evening until 6:00 in the morning.
There are many so fresh vegetables and other stuffs available just like in the picture presented below. As for the prices, Tsk Tsk everything is almost getting higher yet compared to other places, I think its more economical here. As for the prices it comprises:
- tomato - 35/kilo
- Onion - 140/kilo
- Bitter gourd - 65/kilo
- sari gluay for pakbet - 60/kilo
- Cucumber - 25/kilo
- garlic - 150/kilo
- lemon grass - 5/each
- saluyot - 10/bundle
Good thing for Papaya fruit consistent 10/kilo.
For other netizen prices may just so cheap, yet for an ordinary citizen like us the high prices hits a huge impact for us just like the tomato last last month it's just 20/kilo the fifteen pesos increment is too high. While the garlic was just 85 and now it's 150 almost 50% increment from last month... a new month indeed with a higher prices and expect for more as we are in ber months, demands will be high.π
And this is what we got for todays early marketing. π
After buying vegetable stuff we drop by into our favorite puto maya partnered with (cacao) tsokolate.
However, cacao (tsokolate) is out of stock we decided just to buy the puto maya for take out and here it is breakfast solved. π
