It is a fact that people have this kind of attitude which ruins their life and they can never succeed again.
It's odd that as a supervisor, if you assume all the blame, and brag on your people for their work product; they never assign blame to you, and give you all the credit!
But if you blame your people, and claim all the credit; you get all the blame, and no credit. And all your people hate you....
