As for me, I can tell you that my week has been, as usual, quite productive. Although the pace of work has slowed down a bit compared to previous weeks, I am still staying active and focused on my responsibilities. These days, the entire Sunsol chain is busy preparing to welcome the seasonal visitors who will arrive after the 15th to enjoy their Christmas vacations. There is an air of anticipation and excitement in the atmosphere, and that always fills me with enthusiasm.
Personally, my workload and pressure have decreased slightly, which has allowed me to take things a little more calmly. However, as it is now part of my daily routine, I got up early to do my tasks. In addition, I have been very focused on finding the reagents I need to continue my work. It has been a somewhat complicated task, as it has not been easy to find them, but I am still searching in the hope that I will have them soon.
The weather today dawned quite cloudy again. On the one hand, that's great for the plants, which appreciate the humidity, but on the other hand, the persistence of this weather affects me a little because of my allergies. I am a very active person, and the medications I must take to relieve the symptoms make me feel somewhat sluggish, as if my energy were diminished. Still, it's something I have to deal with while this wet season lasts.
Despite the gray skies and intermittent drizzle, I didn't want to miss the opportunity to capture some of the day's landscapes. Although they weren't the most colorful, they had a melancholic charm, and I thought it would be nice to share these moments with you.
Feliz día, espero de corazón que su semana continúe transcurriendo de la mejor manera posible, con tranquilidad, salud y muchas cosas hermosas para esta navidad.
Por mi parte, les cuento que la mía ha sido, como ya es costumbre, bastante productiva. Aunque el ritmo de trabajo ha bajado un poco en comparación con semanas anteriores, sigo manteniéndome activa y enfocada en mis responsabilidades. En estos días, toda la cadena Sunsol se encuentra en plena preparación para recibir a los temporadistas que llegarán después del día 15 para disfrutar de sus vacaciones navideñas. Se respira un aire de anticipación y movimiento en el ambiente, y eso siempre me llena de entusiasmo.
En lo personal, la carga y presión laboral han disminuido ligeramente, lo cual me ha permitido tomarme las cosas con un poco más de calma. Sin embargo, como ya es parte de mi rutina diaria, me levanté temprano para cumplir con mis tareas. Además, he estado muy enfocada en buscar los reactivos que necesito para continuar con mi trabajo. Ha sido una tarea algo complicada, ya que no ha sido fácil encontrarlos, pero sigo en la búsqueda con la esperanza de que pronto los tendré.
El clima hoy volvió a amanecer bastante nublado. Por un lado, eso es excelente para las plantas, que agradecen la humedad, pero por otro lado, la persistencia de este clima me afecta un poco debido a mis alergias. Soy una persona muy activa y los medicamentos que debo tomar para aliviar los síntomas me hacen sentir algo lenta, como si mi energía se viera disminuida. Aun así, es algo con lo que debo lidiar mientras dure esta temporada húmeda.
A pesar de los cielos grises y la llovizna intermitente, no quise dejar pasar la oportunidad de capturar algunos paisajes del día. Aunque no eran los más coloridos, tenían un encanto melancólico, y me pareció bonito compartir estos momentos con ustedes.
Amidst clouds and raindrops, I arrived at Sunsol Unik to carry out my work routine. I checked the water and it was in perfect condition. Then I went down to check the tank level and trench filters, and I was happy to see that everything was working properly. The last maintenance was very effective, and switching to PPR has been an excellent decision, even for solving the small leaks that used to give us so many headaches.
Entre nubes y gotas de lluvia, llegué al Sunsol Unik para realizar mi rutina de trabajo. Revisé las aguas y estaban en perfectas condiciones. Luego bajé a verificar el nivel del tanque y los filtros de trinchera, y me alegró ver que todo funcionaba correctamente. El último mantenimiento fue muy efectivo, y el cambio a PPR ha sido una excelente decisión, incluso para resolver los pequeños salideros que antes nos daban tantos dolores de cabeza.
Once my work was done, my husband and I went out to explore part of the city in search of the chemicals we needed. We visited several stores until we finally found the last ones left.
Even so, we must continue searching to build up a good stock and not depend on luck in the future.
Una vez finalizado mi trabajo, mi esposo y yo salimos a recorrer parte de la ciudad en busca de los químicos que necesitábamos. Visitamos varios establecimientos hasta que, finalmente, conseguimos los últimos que quedaban.

On our trip, we passed through La Asunción. Although we didn't have any luck there, I was happy to see that the town hall had been painted and decorated with Christmas motifs. It looked really beautiful, full of color and festive spirit. We couldn't stay long because the rain was starting to get heavier, so we decided to head back home.
En nuestro recorrido pasamos por La Asunción, aunque no tuvimos éxito allí, me alegró ver que la alcaldía del municipio había sido pintada y decorada con motivos navideños. Se veía realmente hermosa, llena de color y espíritu festivo. No pudimos quedarnos mucho tiempo porque la lluvia comenzaba a intensificarse, así que decidimos regresar a casa.
Back home, with the day's tasks completed, the weather invited me to make a delicious hot coffee. As we arrived a little earlier than usual, I took the opportunity to take a moment and chat with some friends I have met thanks to this beautiful ecosystem. They are people who, even though they are physically far away, are always present with a kind word, advice, or simply a cheerful conversation. I am deeply grateful to them for their concern, their affection, and for sharing their experiences, which are often a bit complicated.

Ya en casa, con las tareas del día cumplidas, el clima invitaba a preparar un delicioso café caliente. Como llegamos un poco más temprano de lo habitual, aproveché para tomarme un momento y conversar con algunos amigos que he conocido gracias a este hermoso ecosistema.
