It's Thursday, and the week continues to be busy for us. As always, we remain committed to each of our tasks, and although the pace has been steady, today we had an easier job, which is also appreciated from time to time. We just had to check the water in the hotel after cleaning and deliver detailed reports on the work that was done on the tank. Nothing complicated, but important to ensure the quality of service.
As my husband and I drove to the hotel, we were able to appreciate the natural and urban landscape, which looked radiant. The sky was clear throughout the journey. Those little details make for a good start to the day.

Ya es jueves y la semana continúa activa para nosotros. Como siempre, seguimos comprometidos con cada una de nuestras labores, y aunque el ritmo ha sido constante, hoy nos tocó un trabajo más sencillo, lo cual también se agradece de vez en cuando. Solo teníamos que verificar cómo estaban las aguas en el hotel después de la limpieza y entregar los informes detallados de los trabajos que se realizaron en el tanque. Nada complicado, pero sí importante para garantizar la calidad del servicio.
Al trasladarnos mi esposo y yo hacia el hotel, pudimos ir apreciando el paisaje natural y urbano que se veía radiante. El cielo estaba despejado, durante todo el trayecto. Esos pequeños detalles hacen que el día comience con buen pie.
When we arrived at the hotel, everything flowed with incredible momentum. Today was one of those days when nothing could stop us, when everything fell into place and things just went right. I must admit that I love it when everything flows like that, when there are no obstacles or setbacks to hinder our work. It's as if the universe gives us a break to breathe and enjoy what we do.
I checked the waters, verified that everything was in order, delivered the reports, and left with immense peace of mind, having completed my tasks without difficulty. That feeling of a job well done is one of the most rewarding you can experience, especially when you know that your work contributes to the well-being of others.
Al llegar al hotel, todo fluyó con una dinámica increíble. Hoy era de esos días en los que nada nos detenía, en los que todo se alinea y las cosas simplemente salen bien. Les confieso que me encanta cuando todo fluye de esa manera, cuando no hay obstáculos ni contratiempos que entorpezcan el trabajo. Es como si el universo nos diera una tregua para respirar y disfrutar de lo que hacemos.
Realicé mi chequeo de las aguas, verifiqué que todo estuviera en orden, hice entrega de los informes y me retiré con una tranquilidad inmensa por haber cumplido mis tareas sin dificultad. Esa sensación de deber cumplido es una de las más gratificantes que se pueden experimentar, sobre todo cuando sabes que tu trabajo contribuye al bienestar de otros.
However, as we left the hotel and headed home, our work truck broke down. We had to detour to the mechanic because, if anything has to be in top condition, it's our transportation. We use it every day, travel long distances, and that's why we must always take good care of it. We can't afford to get stuck in the middle of a workday.
Luckily, the mechanic had the cloche kit we needed. He installed it in the truck, and within an hour, we were testing it out. It worked perfectly. In fact, it was much better than before because the car used to sit too low and hurt my feet, especially since I'm not very tall. It was better for my husband, but now it's more comfortable for both of us. Those little adjustments make a big difference in everyday life.
Sin embargo, al salir del hotel y de camino a casa, se nos dañó la camioneta de trabajo. Tuvimos que desviarnos hasta el mecánico porque, si algo tiene que estar en óptimas condiciones, es nuestro transporte. Lo usamos a diario, recorremos largas distancias, y por eso debemos tenerlo siempre bien cuidado. No podemos darnos el lujo de quedarnos varados en medio de una jornada.
Por suerte, el mecánico tenía el kit de cloche que necesitábamos. Se lo colocó a la camioneta y, en una hora, ya estábamos probando. Funcionaba perfectamente. De hecho, mucho mejor que antes, porque el coche agarraba muy abajo y me daba dolor en el pie, sobre todo a mí, que no soy tan alta. A mi esposo sí le quedaba mejor, pero ahora quedó más cómodo para ambos. Esos pequeños ajustes hacen una gran diferencia en el día a día.
So, dear friends, we were able to return home with peace of mind, knowing that everything was in order and that the vehicle was ready for the next day's journey. We had to prepare for the chlorination that awaited us, a task that requires precision and responsibility, and which is also a little far from home. But we are already used to long journeys and the commitment that our work entails.
As you can see, our day went by smoothly, with a minor setback that was resolved fairly quickly. Sometimes, days don't have to be intense to feel productive. It's enough to do things well, calmly, and with dedication.

Así, queridos amigos, pudimos regresar a casa con tranquilidad, sabiendo que todo estaba en orden y que el vehículo estaba listo para la jornada del día siguiente. Nos teníamos que preparamos para la cloración que nos espera, una tarea que requiere precisión y responsabilidad, y que además queda un poco distante de casa. Pero ya estamos acostumbrados a los viajes largos y al compromiso que implica nuestro trabajo.
Como pudieron ver, nuestro día transcurrió con una dinámica más suave, con un pequeño contratiempo que se soluciono bastante rápido. A veces, los días no tienen que ser intensos para sentirse productivos. Basta con que las cosas se hagan bien, con calma y con dedicación.
