Hellooo Hive Friends. How are you guys ? I hope you are doing well and have a great week.
Today I returned to exercising. This is one of my favorite sports and also my hobby. Yes, that sport is swimming. I really like swimming, it's not too strenuous but burns quite a lot of calories.
It's been a long time since I started swimming as my regular exercise. I started swimming regularly since I was in my second semester of college, at which time I was 18 years old. Until now I am 26 years old, I still make swimming my regular sport. At least once a week I will swim.
Usually I will swim in the morning. When the sun is not too hot and the air is still fresh. Look, how beautiful the color of the sky is this morning. The sky is clean blue with no clouds. This time is perfect for swimming. Swimming is also one way I refresh my mind. I spent about an hour for swimming.
And then I returned home. When I got home I got ready to finish some of my work. I spend around three to five hours completing my work accompanied by a glass of iced orange Americano. Then I also checked my posts on hive. Don't forget to check my previous posts and follow my account if you don't mind.
Next I get ready to cook my meal today. Today I will cook vegetable soup, grilled fish and fried noodles. There was quite a lot of activity today but it wasn't too busy.
