I don't think it would be a great idea to divulge the algo criteria for votes. It should be, and i mean this in the friendliest manner, that people use 3speak because they enjoy the experience.
If they build an audience, which of course is the goal, then that audience would begin to upvote their content.
An equivalent would be to expect youtube's own internal accounts to like our videos and leave comments.
I get your sentiment, I do. But I hope you understand my point. Giving people the formula to rig the game, makes very little sense.
