The layers they don't see. Those hidden layers of skills is a blessing in disguise.
As many see creativity as a hobby, or a sided piece to the actual work, but I see creativity as the actual deal ad work, its something I do as a lifestyle its like a language to me, and not a thing I so only when I am free or feel persuaded or even forced. No. Its a rhythm that flows with my lifestyle and the way I relate with like minded individual that loves creativity.
I'm just surprise why people overlook such intriguing lifestyle. Where as they're still people pleading to know or learn a skill for themselves.
I'm a writer, I'm an Instrumentalist and I'm also a welder because I grew up with a th lifestyle of welding, my dad was an experienced welder at that. I'm not been proud at all but I don't take this skills for granted or I'm been forced to apply them when need be. It is a lifestyle on it's own.

It is a way to tell my stories, so I can't be silenced, so I choose to make this writings to the public, every skill you earn or learnt make it a lifestyle.
I've come to realize the areas that most people doesn't understand deeply, that being creative isn't like sitting down writing journals, publishing events or designing graphics. Creativity merge with skills is how we organize our thoughts and display primarily to benefit the masses and you. How we rearrange or solve trouble shooting schedules. How we make a meal look like an art on a plate. It is just the way I respond to life layered challenges most especially.
Being skillful where as others are not happy around you, the masses don't prioritize You. Normally there won't be comfortability, there should be a sell out of yourself. The universities can teach you how to be logical, structured and predictable but your skill might help you be efficient and tolerance, and lastly self driven. No school will motivate you except your work ethics and adaptation. Even in ministries, people often choose uniformity more than individuality. Th most spiritual thing I cam do is think and create.

When I watch videos of top professional welders, their craft and techniques I ask myself, are this techniques not someone like me that think and created a easy going method to ease our efficiency?
Every method or system done in all skills were created by humans like us, they actually want to make it easy for others that would learn same skill but with less work ethics.
You and I can also create a system that would lessen the work ethics on a skill, we just have to be CREATIVE. Primarily for others to see and learn.
Also when I write, I write to express my feelings, I write to communicate lingering issues in our societies whereby creating awareness for others that are reading through.
I write about natures bloom always, because want to let people know how beauty and captivating nature is.
I play instrumentals because I am a believer and I love the sounds of music. Its so spirit free and amazing. @ovey10 a leader in one of the musical band called marshal band, these are one of the people that uses music to teach, educate and preach to the masses (pubic).

Learn to serve and not to be served.
