Hoe hope saved me from giving up.

in Hive Reachout4 days ago

Hello guys, welcome to this wonderful and awesome day, and welcome back to another week of hive reachout weekly activities. This week topic is really interesting and it's about not giving up. Having hope is one of the most greatest survival skills I have ever known. And it has been very helpful to me. There are times I feel like giving up, sometimes I just stop and loose focus, but that hope that's inside me makes me keep on going. It really isn't easy. Let's dive into the topic.

Decision is something that affects one's focus in life, sometimes it depends on how determined you are, how eager you are to win, other times it depends on how heavy the determination is, sometimes the determination will be heavy that you will start thinking about giving up, but with determination and hope, you will keep moving. I have had many experiences in life that made me want to give up, sometimes I even give up, but I still come back to continue the journey. You see, giving up is very easy to do, you just need to be tired and depressed. Sometimes while studying for my exams and I don't understand anything, I eventually stop and give up because for me it's tiring that I am ready and not understanding, but after a while of thinking I still come back with a different level of approach, i said to myself, since reading is not going well for me, I should try to study last question over and over again, at least it will give me a clue of how the exams would be like and sometimes lecturers do repeat the question.

So for me I think one way to get that goal, to not give up, is by changing your manner of approach, maybe the way you approach that stuff is not the right way for you, so it keeps getting harder and harder for you, just like me when I was ready for my exams, it kept getting harder because I couldnt understand anything and I could not even remember what I just studied. Sometimes the results when you change approach might not be the one you want, but it's better than giving up, there is a saying that goes like this "Half bread is better than none". So don't sit down doing nothing because you are tied or stressed. Unless if your goal isn't heavy, maybe your decision wasn't something you dreamed for that's why you stopped, but if it is, then don't stop. It's even better to change your mindset and keep working than to just stop.

That experience was hard for me, I even gave up for a moment before realizing that giving u would just make things worse for you, and it would make you regret the more. So don't give up, keep moving and have hope. Thanks for stopping by, I hope that my post have given you a little bit of hope. See you all next week. Bye.
