Today I am going to be talking about wether in a relationship things should be transparent or private, I am talking about this because it's the topic that was given to us this week. Just from seeing the topic I already knew what I wanted if I was in a relationship.
There are few things that can keep a relationship go very far. Even distance relationship cannot survive without some of this things. I think first of them is true love, if you don't have true love, I think it will just be for your personal gain like money or sex that keeps you in the relationship and it will not last long. I feel like it's that connection or love that keeps you thinking and loving that person more, and if the person matches your vibe, the love will grow more and more. After love I think the next thing you are supposed to have in a relationship that would make it last longer is a good character or a good behavior. Someone might truly love you, but because of your behavior he won't be able to go on with the relationship. A bad behavior ruins the entire relationship that's why people even go for anger management classes just to avoid ruining their relationships .
After this two things, I personally think transparency is next, it is one of the most vital things needed in a relationship, so I rather pick transparency that privacy in a relationship. If a relationship is supposed to be private then how are we supposed to relate with each other when we are all hiding things from each other, it will be very hard and the relationship won't last long too. When you are transparent to your parents or spouse, it makes you gain more trust, the truth grows and grows, and eventually it makes the relationship very strong and relatable. When a relationship is relatable it means it's very interesting and bonded.
So transparency is very important if I am going to be in any relationship and I will advise the same for anyone. If you are not transparent in any relationship it can also mean that you are a Play boy or play girl and also have other people you are in a relationship with, in that aspects, it means you are in those relationships for your own gain not for love and it also means you cannot be transparent in your relationship because you are hiding the fact that you have another person elsewhere that you are in a relationship with.
