🌸 Hello Hive Community I am so Excited to Be Here 🌸
You can call me Rita Chimdi Anosike, it is my pleasure for joining the hive family. I have been navigating around this platform for some time, I think is the best to introduce and talk about myself.
I came from Obowo LGA located in Imo state. Growing up as a child in obowo have taught me a lot about patience and the value of hard work. My journey so far has been about learning and discovering new things everyday, by September 8th I will be 28 years old.
I wrote my waec at St. Theresa’s Secondary School in my hometown, Ikenanziz, Obowo. I later got admission into Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike to study biochemistry.
During my time in the university I really gained lots of knowledge, in terms of education and I also learn how to live as a young adult.
My discipline is under a science course but my mind has always been drawn to creativity, which led me into being a fashion designer, making dresses is something I have been longing for. I enjoyed selecting fabrics, sketching out new designs, and making people look good in what they put on. Fashion makes me happy and it allows me to express the creativity I have in me.
I also love writing apart from being a fashion designer. Writing give me the room to bring out my creativity and put them in a book. It gives me the opportunity to share my ideas with people around me. Sometimes I engage on writing short stories and sometimes I write long fiction and nonfiction stories based on my mood or reflection on my past events. Writing is something I have been doing for long now, but I still works towards a better improvement everyday. I believe that words can teach, heal and make us feel better.
Reading is another thing I love doing. I enjoy studying books that teaches about life lessons and inspirations. These books help me to understand how the world works and also teach me how to navigate as and upcoming your lady. I enjoy learning new things and applying them in my daily life. I’ve learned that the mind is like a garden the more good seeds (knowledge) you plant, the more it grows and bears fruit.
I actually heard about Hive Blog about two years ago, but at that time, I didn’t really understand how it worked. It seemed a bit confusing to me. I saw people talking about tokens, communities, engagement, and rewards and I wasn’t sure where to begin. But I didn’t give up. I started doing research, reading blog posts from Hive users, watching videos, and slowly understanding how things work here.
After learning more, I realized that Hive is a very special place. It’s not like other social media platforms. Here, people support each other, share meaningful content, and grow together. What I love the most is that Hive gives people the chance to be rewarded for their creativity and hard work. Whether you are a writer, artist, musician, teacher, or fashion designer you can find a space here.
My major mission here on hive is to connect with people, learn from them and also display my creativity. Am so excited that I will meet my fellow writers and fashion designers here. Hive is said to be a good place for that. Which allows people of different entity to grow together with love and respect.
My plan on Hive is to write about many things — my life as a fashion designer, my thoughts on personal development, simple life stories, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. I also want to explore fashion content, learn from others, and maybe even share some tips or showcase some of my designs. I believe Hive is a place where all this is possible.
They is a particular quote that do motivate me which says: “Great things never come from comfort zones.” Everyday of my life I try to move away from my comfort zone, by working hard. Joining the hive community was never a mistake, I know is a place which will improve my writing skills and also learn from fellow friends which I will meet her on hive.
I will also love to contribute to the community, just as I hope to learn new things from other hive users. My words and ideas will inspire some people here on hive. Remember as a human we all have a unique knowledge to share, nobody knows it all. So am ready to contribute my light into the space of hive.
Am the kind of person who love simple life. I enjoy having quite time and meditation. I also enjoy listening to inspirational musics and reading good books that will increase my knowledge. Life is a journey which everyone of us is partaking. Hive is a nice environment where I can continue my own journey.
Thank you so much for taking your time to read through my introduction post. And promise to follow all the rules and regulations related to hive. By making sure to avoid using AI content or lifting other peoples content (plagiarism) without proper sourcing.

Hi @ritachimdi welcome to Hive. I'm @palomap3 from Lovesniper OCD team.
Biochemistry and fashion are an interesting combination, hehe, it gives you a special character and you convey that in your enthusiasm when writing.
