There are cool ways one can discipline and correct anyone under his/her control.
Parental discipline.

Kids are blessings from God almighty
they are gift kept under the care and support of an adult who have past experience about life being it a man or woman. They also have rights to make choices and others though with limitations and conditions. A full training or discipline is not fully achieved at home alone but even to the extended society, environment and probably peers who are positive too, remember iron sharpens iron too. Children tends to switch out of the right training they have received from their parents while they are growing older. Does that means it's probably the parents fault. This may vary because I have seen many misleading their children not because they don't love or care but they where not mindful of sometimes the conversations, manners of approaching people around, lack of family conflict resolution etc all this have amount of effect to the children life when the get to the wider society. The same scripture that says children obey your parents in the lord gives a condition that parents must not give their children course to sin.
Spare the rod and spoil the child. You have no reasons to spare a child for going astray and still have no reason to offend a child with no reason. So make out time to make them happy all the time that's also training but don't forget never to spare them any time they go wrong or make mistakes. One needs to be always mindful because they say charity always begins at home.

Co-workers

There's a saying leadership begins with examples. That's a very true fact that can even have a huge effect to ones organization. There should not always be and argumentative session between the boss and the co-workers in public. This is never an appropriate management, even if there should be then it can be altered with love and consideration of their respective personal reputation. Respect is reciprocal you know...
Respect is a virtue that keeps every human on track and for one not to have that as a character can cost one to loose positive informations that concerns him and might equally loose values and opportunities even outside his/her organization. This is not only applicable to the superiors but also the subjects.
