Hey @sabanalchristian! Yeah, I was kind of pissed off as well with this new ordinance there. I won't really mind if they use the funds to do a clean up there but it they will just the money for corruption, then our local govt is damned.

Yes @indayclara we, the guides here in Panagsama are also pissed off, of there new ordinance but we can't do nothing of it, all we can do is not to bring our freediver guest into sardine&turtle if they don't want to pay, if they would like to experience sardine run and turtle they will pay ofcourse. But the tourism table is located at little corner restaurant and another one in sea quest.
