Hello, @arkicarls. Indeed, everything you've said about water fountains is absolutely true. Because these architectural elements give life and vitality to their surroundings, we definitely need more of them in urban parks and dry environments. Hope the Cebu government would consider these promising infrastructural additions to the city.
