I want to tell you a little, that it is very difficult to find tourist attractions in the city where I live. This area is very far from the beach and mountains, there are only ordinary cities surrounded by malls and tall buildings. It is very difficult to get solace from nature.
As you know, I really like to go to aesthetic coffee shops or cafes, that is one of the entertainments that this city has, indeed this city is not that amazing. If you ask me, I really want to live in a city like the island of Bali, which has entertainment from nature such as beaches with blue water or mountains that have fresh and cool air, very easy to access and close to anywhere.
Even though this city has very few tourist attractions, entrepreneurs working in the food and beverage sector have many ideas, such as creating an aesthetic cafe that will attract the attention of its visitors. One of them, the cafe that I will discuss this time, Dimigo Pool Bar and Resto.
This cafe is located on Jalan Tapian Nauli, Medan Sunggal District, only 10 minutes by motorbike from my house. This cafe is starting to be in great demand by many people because the place is unique and very comfortable. Comfortable in the sense that the cafe has a concept like being on the beach, enjoying music while relaxing and enjoying the food and drinks on offer.
Dimigo Pool Resto and Bar is one of the new cafes in the city of Medan, this cafe has a concept like being on the beach. From the photo, it looks like Santorini which is warm, clean and exotic. This cafe has good taste in terms of architecture and design, seen from the entrance, when you have just parked your motorcycle or car, you will immediately see clearly a blue lettering, Dimigo Pool Resto and Bar.
Not far from the parking location, the gate opens very wide for visitors, the gate looks very sturdy and firm, blue in color with neatly painted wood, coupled with the high walls surrounding the restaurant, so it cannot be seen from the side, making This restaurant seems private from the outside.
What's interesting about this restaurant is the swimming pool which is blue and clean. It becomes a spot and highlight for visitors, if at night there will be spotlights used, along with thrilling life music. You can enjoy the evening by the pool while drinking and chatting with friends. Even you can swim if you bring swimsuit. There were also several crane-shaped floats, but unfortunately when I arrived, the floats had deflated and floated in the pond.
There are 3 places that you can choose here, depending on which one you like and are comfortable with. The first; if you prefer to sunbathe during the day, you can use an outdoor room with a table that has an umbrella, from evening to night, this place is preferred by visitors because the area is very wide, you can see the beautiful stars shining at night without being hindered by anything. I don't recommend that you choose this location if you forget to use a sun screen, you will be devoured by the heat of the sun during the day, you know that the city of Medan is very hot during the day.
The second place is a semi-outdoor room, here is the most popular place, because it is full of wind that blows and you will avoid the hot sun during the day. With the eyes can freely see the pool in front of this room, a cooler in this restaurant. The chairs used are clearly inspired by Santorini's unique design, using various tables and chairs made of wood and bamboo, looking fresh and aesthetically pleasing, just like being at home, very comfortable.
Well, one more thing is the indoor room, this place is the biggest room in this restaurant. There are lots of chairs and tables located in this room, not only that, there are sofas and bar tables that are used for making drinks such as beer and brewing coffee. The roof of this room is made of simple plywood, the floor of which is only smooth cement. There's nothing fancy in this room, but the concept is very strong, even though it's very simple, it looks cozy and luxurious.
This room has 2 floors, on the 2nd floor you can see this restaurant widely. For the 1st floor, it looks like a house in Santorini. The windows are made of old wood and painted in a fresh bright blue, no different from Santorini, right?

I'm simply impressed @aswita by what they have done to this resto/bar! Aside from the Santorini-inspired architecture and beach vibes, this cool establishment caters to customers with different tastes. At least they were able to bring the impressions of the seacoast much closer to the city with the creation of a swimming pool. And of course, the allocation of 3 different sections where guests can freely select what they fancy. 😊👍
The vicinity around the swimming pool appears quiet. Are there a lot of guests who avail of its refreshing waters during certain times of the day?
When I arrived, there were several children playing in the pool, even playing, because I was afraid to take pictures and it was private, in the end I waited for them to finish swimming and got a good view even though I was too hot under the hot sun which at that time was really the maximum :D
Dimigo is one of the cafes that I like, maybe I'll come here often, because it's different from other cafes, I want to try to relax at night, like being in Bali with life music and the moon light :D
Alright, that's understandable @aswita. At least the swimming pool has been utilized by customers, thus fulfilling its primary function. 😊
It's a charm for customers who have children, at least they can relax without having to worry about leaving their children at home :D

You say your city is not that good and there are lots of attractions, but, look! your posts are always interesting. This restaurant carries a very beautiful Mediterranean theme. I make sure this is a place that makes me feel at home to stay if I was there of course!. ha ha
You will not feel at home if you live here, without mountains, without beaches and without entertainment, there are only cafes and it will cost a lot of money just for food :D
