This place looks oddly familiar. I lived in Sharjah - somewhere around Al Majaz Waterfront and Qanat Al Qasba for 4 years but I'm not sure if it's around the area I was imagining it to be in. Quite an interesting history by the way. I'm curious, is it allowed to take pictures within the grounds of a masjid such as this one?

Its not too far away. I think its a 10 minutes drive from Majaz.
