Hi Praditya, that's a nice name for a mall. At first, I did a double-take when I saw the name Leela on the photo and wondered if the brand had branched out to developing malls. And then when you mentioned the hotel is connected to the mall then that explained it. The ultra-luxurious PVR Cinema sounds intriguing. It has been years since we went to the cinema.

Hello dear @discoveringarni, actually leela hotel and other premium condominiums are built by the ambience group and they are collectively called ambience island. The owner of leela grp of hotel is different but maybe lease or any other contract must have signed between them. The owner of ambience group in in news for past a a month due to some money laundering case but don't know what's the actual truth.
Anyways, due to covid I haven't been to cinema since 2020 but last week I went to watch and to my surprise my hall was all empty We took a slot of morning specially for that and it was like the movie premiered just for us lol.
