Thank you. It will be sorted one way or another and then their time will come. It's not specifically a problem with me being a foreigner, serious issues with building is a problem for many Thais who decide to get a house built on their little plot of land.
Just robbers. As for the 'holding my tongue part' (which as you can imagine, is rather difficult for me!), this is how defamation law works here....
