Primero que nada, buen día a toda la comunidad como ya sabrán estoy documentando todo tipo de edificios o casas que dentro de ellas tienen un negocio que les hace mejorar o sobre llevar los gastos comunes de pintura de fachada a pagar el servicio de agua o la electricidad que se consume en todo el edificio o infraestructura.

Y este es mi primer ejemplo que les quiero presentar, esta es una "casa" de tres pisos inicialmente era solamente la planta de abajo donde hoy en día está el lugar del negocio y al pasar los años como también el crecimiento de la familia, los dueños decidieron ampliar la construcción, no por los lados ya que como pueden ver ya estaba ocupado por otros propietarios, así que la ampliación fue hacia arriba y a lo largo rodando la pared y el piso más atrás.

Ahora tenemos este otro ejemplo de edificio casi autosustentable de forma económica.

Además de eso este edificio se encuentra en una zona donde hay muchas playas llamado Estado La Guaira antiguamente Estado Vargas y por lo general la gran mayoría de la población venezolana tiene la gran características de que cada que bajan a La Guaira para disfrutar de la playa compran bebida alcohólicas, por lo cual las personas turísticas o de la zona, se van a dicho establecimiento a comprar los productos que oferta y así con las ganancias ayuda a pagar el alquiler del puesto y al condominio recibir dichos ingresos lo ayuda a pagar los gastos de limpieza dentro del apartamento, ayuda a pagar los gastos de seguridad como el portón que permite la entrada y salida de los vehículos de cada dueño de un apartamento.

Ahora bien mi opinión con respecto a dichos apartamentos que permiten el alquiler de licorerías es un 50 % a favor y 50% en contra ya que se sabe que en un apartamento siempre abra una familia que tenga 2 o más hijos pequeños en la vivienda y siempre y cuando la venta de licor sea controlada debidamente por la ley no debería de tener problemas ni dar una mala imagen a la hora de vender un apartamento.

Hola. Acá en Cuba esta modalidad es la más común pues muy pocas personas disponen de la economía para poder tener un local aparte para hacer sus negocios. Aunque también se ve mucho el alquiler de espacios, que no es más que alquilar una parte de tu propia casa (garage, carpoch,portales, e incluso habitaciones) para que otras personan monten sus negocios. En los barrios más periféricos , es más común que se utilicen estos espacios para cafeterías, venta de artesanías etc, ya en lo que es Nuevo Vedado, Vedado, y Playa...encontramos muchos más hostales, restaurantes, villas de recreo con sus piscinas y ranchones para hacer fiestas, bodas etc...
Es cierto tambien he visto como las personas alquilan la parte del garaje o como dices una habitación para que la persona tenga su espacio de trabajo, gracias por comentar.
