Nice to meet you again, I hope you are always happy and healthy to live this weekend. I make sure you have fun on the long weekend and have a very good day, even if you are working on the weekend or gathering with friends, closest people and family.
This weekend was very exciting for our extended family, after 2 weeks it was very complicated because many problems occurred, so it took a long time for us to carry out the routine we usually do in September, namely celebrating my mother's birthday with all family members. Yes, my mother was born this September, the 8th yesterday and now I have just had time to celebrate it.
My father has been on duty out of town for the past 2 weeks, so we postponed it to wait for my father to come home, because this celebration would not be held if one of the members could not attend. This year it was so simple, we would only eat at the restaurants my mother chose and as her children, we could only accept.
Initially, I wanted to take her to eat at a fancy Thai restaurant, but my mother wanted to eat Indonesian cuisine, especially delicious grilled fish. Finally the choice fell on Budaya Indonesian Restaurant. This restaurant is quite far away because it is in a different sub-district, but this restaurant is quite famous for its good architecture and design, as well as the delicious taste of Indonesian food, with a variety of menus.
With an architectural design that I think leans towards Javanese culture, this restaurant still looks very luxurious and fancy for a family restaurant. We will discuss them one by one slowly.
This restaurant is very spacious, with a very large area at the back and has a 'cultural land' which can be visited for outdoor land and rides for children and adults such as mini cars, ATVs, archery, tandem bicycles, flying fox and paint ball. Apart from that, there are many games that definitely require special space for artificial lakes and roads used for ATVs. But this time, we didn't go into Budaya Land because we remembered there wasn't enough time to do so. But its okay, this Budaya Indonesian Restaurant is quite interesting to explore.
The concept of Budaya Indonesian Restaurant is quite unique, because the concept is pure Indonesian culture and the totality of Javanese culture. Yes, as the largest culture and tribe in Indonesia, Javanese culture has an interesting identity and is well known to the wider community. Javanese cuisine is also very famous and commonly present in society, so it can be called 'versatile culture and cuisine'. If people like it a lot, it will be very easy for many people to like and attract this restaurant.
You don't need to worry about parking, because it's not that difficult to get a parking space for cars and motorbikes in front of the restaurant. Budaya Indonesian Restaurant have lot of trees, grass, plants which make this place very shady, beautiful and comfortable. The trees add a lot of oxygen and make this place full of the vibes and ambiance of 'rural areas on the island of Java'.
As soon as you enter, you are presented with a variety of promising interiors, with natural elements that are luxurious and beautiful. Nature is where we return, that is the concept of this Budaya Indonesian Restaurant. In front of the restaurant, there is a pond filled with lots of koi fish which has been fenced in, I have come to this restaurant before, 2 years ago, at that time the pond was not fenced in, perhaps for safety reasons for children. Honestly, my nephew really likes watching fish swimming in the pond, so it is most suitable for a fence to avoid disasters.
This restaurant has an 'open' concept where there are no partition walls around the restaurant, so this place is really only shaded because of the wooden roof and also the surrounding trees, no air conditioning and fans. So, Javanese traditional houses are formed like this, maybe you will always find 'joglo' houses like this in the former Javanese kingdoms on the island of Java.
There is a luxurious lamp hanging in the middle of the room, with casual colors and very large. It really looks very luxurious with the combination of a roof made of sturdy wood. Some of the tables and chairs are very neatly made of teak wood and clean, very well varnished. This family restaurant is very rare, because making a restaurant like this requires spending a lot of money, big investors who can make a luxurious family restaurant like this.
Fresh food is very much maintained, especially the fish menu which is a favorite menu. Grilled gourami, tilapia, seafood here are all very fresh, they have an extraordinary show case, namely an open fish pond that can be seen from any angle in this restaurant. Fish that we can choose and decide to eat. It's really unique, isn't it?
Not only because the restaurant is simple but look so luxurious, but the land is so large and locate in a big city, it is not an easy investment. This restaurant have been around for 5 years and many people are still interested in the food here. It's just that there should be a lot of restaurant with a concept like this in urban areas, so when we want to eat with our family, we always choose Budaya Indonesian Restaurant.
No joke, their service is very fast and satisfying, so it's no wonder why this restaurant has won the hearts of the wider community.

I consider myself lucky to see a restaurant with an architectural design that leans towards Javanese culture. A large amount of space reserved for parking makes it more convenient for the customers. It is also advantageous to build several halls in a suitable environment for eating freely. The chair and table setting is also unique. Following an environmentalist concept, my mind was more inclined towards this.

That's right, the spatial arrangement and design concept of this restaurant are the biggest attraction of this restaurant. Almost all visitors appreciate the cultural touch, so people are willing to pay a lot to eat here.

Yup, very good observation. This restaurant displays all the criteria of spectacular design and architecture. a combination of traditional design and modern touches and also not forgetting environmental aspects.
