Hubby came back from the town hall, he was getting the inscription into their register that we went and had done last week on Tuesday. You fill in a form with address and all your data. A week later you get a certificate stamped and signed by the mayor. (A document you need for everything) Soooooβ¦
What happened. They gave hubby the certificate and they put us in the old address from 3 years ago. They must have found us in the system from when we lived in the area before and just activated that. π³
They didnβt even look at the form at allβ¦ so it was wrong and we canβt use it. What a waste of time. It needs to be redone π€π paperwork never goes well here. Sigh π

Let me add to that story.
So the lady said we will email you the certificate tomorrow. So tomorrow was today.
It has a code that is similar to a signature now.
So hubby got the email this morning. (He messaged me to look in his email to see what happened)
So first email he got was only his certificate with right address. So he emailed back to ask for mine.
Guess what the next email was from the town hall.
A certificate with both of us on, not separateβ¦ with the old address again π³π³π³ hahaha π€£
So he emailed back. That it was wrong again and please update. And send 2 certificates.
So we are still waiting for the right certificates hahaha π€£ ππ€£ππ€£ just funny, no words for that reallyβ¦
Yes, it is the only real magic out there. It is proven by othersβ¦ even in history when one looks back. It is just how did they interpreted it. π€π§π€ fascinating things.

I know⦠like I told you how they treat residents / expats at the moment it is not funny anymore.
It is fighting for every little bit. That should go so easilyβ¦ they know how it works. As for us it would be the same as for the Spanish βan inscription in the town hallβ
They are just messing about.
It cost us so much timeβ¦ and we are now 2 weeks further and we still have not the right certificates we need for everything else. π€π like I said, Smile and wave ππ»
Soon it is betterβ¦
So we went to that new store, they didnβt have much veggies, lots of empty areas, maybe because it was Friday evening. So canβt tell you yet. Today we couldnβt go shopping as hubby is away.
Sundays are closed now again. Only the summer months the stores are open on a Sunday here. That is past now.
Iβll check when we come back from the USβ¦ as we wonβt be shopping this week. Friday we go βοΈ
