Si es cierto aquí existe mucha variedad en cuanto a la arquitectura; sin embargo, también existe en la actualidad mucha improvisación en materia de planificación urbanística, el populismo instaurado en el País ha convertido muchos lugares en verdadero caos urbanístico, han construido viviendas y edificios horrorosos sin ninguna estética ni conocimiento arquitectónico sino por negocios lo que ha traído como consecuencia ranchos verticales en sitios históricos dentro de la ciudad.
