Si, ese Centro Comercial tiene un diseño distinto a los demás, se destaca por su estructura de soporte tubular y su impresionante techo decorativo. Esa obra de los arquitectos Óscar Capiello & Francisco Pimentel, está basada en una nueva concepción del espacio comercial, es casi en su totalidad subterráneo y conjuga los alrededores con su estructura. Es impactante detallar cada uno de sus elementos de construcción, al pasar cerca del lugar inmediatamente te llama la atención. La Plaza es espaciosa y presenta una sensación de libertad, frescura y Paz, además tiene una excelente vista al Cerro El Ávila oficialmente conocido como Parque Nacional Waraira Repano.
