We recently took a walk around the town of Bryukhovychi, where the old and the past are closely intertwined with the new and modern. This place is special for me, here are my roots. Many events of my childhood are connected with Bryukhovychi. This is my father's hometown. So, when spring comes, I often walk here again and feel comfortable)
There is one house here that looks very exotic. For me, this house is a kind of business card of the city of Bryukhovychi.
It reflects the old style characteristic of the intelligentsia.
Нещодавно ми прогулялись містечком Брюховичі, де старе і минуле тісно переплітається із новим та сучасним. Це місце для мене особливе, тут моє коріння. З Брюховичами пов’язано багато подій мого дитинства. Тут є батьківщина мого батька. Тож, коли наступає весна, я знову часто гуляю тут і відчуваю себе затишно )
Є тут один будинок, який виглядає дуже екзотично. Цей будинок для мене є своєрідною візитною карткою міста Брюховичі.
Він відображає старий стиль, характерний для інтелігенції.

Again I walk to the center of town, and pass a familiar house. Every time I like to take new photos. But suddenly - what is it? Was the house on fire? They are approaching, I walk around and understand that no one lives here anymore!
I ask the neighbors: they say there was a fire, but like a year ago.
Знову іду пішки до центру містечка, і минаю знайомий будинок. Кожен раз люблю зробити нові фото. Але раптом - що це? Будинок горів? Наближаються, обходжу довкола і розумію, що тут уже ніхто не живе!
Питаю сусідів: кажуть була пожежа, але начебто рік тому.
I walk around and see the effects of the fire. I found in Google a video about the fire of this house, which is located on Klenova Street 2
Іду довкола, і бачу наслідки пожежі. Знайшла в гуглі відео про пожежу цього будинку, що знаходиться на вулиці Кленова 2
The house stands and looks at me through its windows, like a warrior who stood in a great battle. How strong were the old houses! Surprisingly, I see in these photos the beauty of this house, which seems to have intensified after the fire. So well visible: brick and wood. And this dome is the roof.
Будинок стоїть і дивиться на мене своїми вікнами, як воїн який вистояв в великій битві. Які ж міцні були старовинні будинки! Дивно, але я бачу на цих фото красу цього будинку, яка начебто підсилилась після пожежі. Так добре видно: цеглу і дерево. І цей купол - дах.
In this video you can see the fire that lasted all night and 30 firefighters put it out.

They say that everything happens in life! May God protect each of us from fire. Was the fire accidental? Is it possible for someone to benefit from the demolition of this house, because new buildings are being actively built on the land in Bryukhovychi, which are very expensive ... I don't know, but for me this house in the photo will always be a memory of the town of Bryukhovychi - homeland of my father.
Кажуть, в житті всяке буває! Нехай Бог оберігає від пожежі кожного з нас. Чи випадковою була пожежа? Чи можливо комусь вигідно було, щоб цей будинок було знесено, тому що на землі в Брюховичах зараз активно будуються новобудови, які дуже дорого коштують... Я не знаю, але для мене цей будинок на фото завжди залишиться памяттю про містечко Брюховичі - батьківщина мого батька.

Привіт, Олю. Аж сумно стало за будиночок. Уявляю, як колись, там бурлило ціле життя.
Все міняється. Довкола мене в селі немає людей, яких я знала... І на місці старих будинків виростуть нові, але класна память про візитку селища Брюховичі залишилась на цих фото.
Too bad it's in such a dilapidated state. I have always been struck by this type of roof, such as the one on the tower (by the way, I find it very curious to observe that it has a hexagonal plan) that recall the typical witch's hat or the typical Carolingian roofs that still survive in many European cities . But I also think that you have to look at the bright side, because these photographs, even in their ruin, show many details that architects in particular and architecture lovers in general will surely appreciate. Hello @olga.maslievich The pictures definitely shows how strong the materials defended the house against the fire. It is quite evident how these old buildings somehow represents the past.
