Sin duda es una estructura que llama mucho la atención en medio de la ciudad de Maracay. Lástima que nunca pusieron en funcionamiento los jardines colgantes, se verían geniales.

I love how in the initial idea they wanted to include what is the identity of the city, mixing it with the greenery that characterizes it.
