It is a massive building for sure, Maintenance would be a big deal here considering the corruption and such thing being part of government.

Hello @ sahiba-rana thanks for your comment. Yes, they are certainly giant buildings that require a lot of investment. Unfortunately, Venezuela is going through a terrible crisis that prevents further investment. Greetings and blessings to you and your loved ones.
