Greetings friend, there were some failures in the foundations that is why many premises are empty, almost no one signed up for the purchase of offices, distrust of its stability that apparently is gradually giving way, very imperceptibly. I am from Maracay and although I no longer live in my hometown it is still a lonely building although very admired for its architectural beauty. I like it very much too and I appreciate your post because I saw it again 😊

Hey thanks for that information, I didn't know about that aspect you mention, although the last time I went there was more activity in the building but I didn't want to go in because I was a little busy. Greetings to you !
