Stations and bus stations are very interesting to me because they are just stops - buildings where one is not supposed to stay for a long time. Intermediate stops that one may not even pay attention to, rushing to catch the train or the bus, rushing somewhere in their life... I'm not saying that these buildings have to be ugly or impersonal, but I'm always amazed when I come across such a beauty.

I agree, often we don't even pay attention to the architecture of the station. This is the place where you can buy a ticket and wait for the train. It turns out that railway stations can also impress with their history and architecture. Not all of course, but some are definitely worthy of attention.
