I agree @deltasteem. Since glass is a fragile material, you must exercise extra care in assembling these special components with their wooden assemblies. I've also encountered the same mishaps in the past during my woodworking ventures. And of course, work experience will always be the best teacher, hence I've learned to improve based on these previous failures. All the best to your superb woodworking craftsmanship. 😊
