The Ford Company may be one of the world’s largest carmakers, however, they’ve learned a painful lesson which cost them to loose their investment, business, and efforts. Failure is simply inevitable if organizations neglect the importance of culture, location, and the people to be hired. If only they’ve researched these crucial considerations during the early stages of the project, then a better outcome could have happened. Actually I saw a little documentary on Fordlandia and the idea of this blog came as I though learning from the past is important we should consider all the aspects as you mentioned prior to any huge endeavour in architectural field because it's not just the brick and cement always. it's more about people, culture and land.
