အားလုံးသော မိတ်ဆွေအပေါင်း မင်္ဂလာပါ။ ကောင်းသောနေ့လေးကို ပိုင်ဆိုင်နိုင်ကြပါစေ။
It's a reflection in a lake that I found while walking a few days ago. It was only a small pond, and we saw some goldfish and a turtle. Some clouds are forming in the sky, so you can see it in the lake. A small building can also be seen in the lake. So I took a photo.
လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ရက်အနည်းငယ်က လမ်းလျှောက်ရင်း တွေ့လာခဲ့တဲ့ ရေကန်တစ်ခုအတွင်းက ရောင်ပြန်ဟပ်နေတဲ့ ပုံရိပ်ပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ရေကန်ငယ်လေးတစ်ခုပဲဖြစ်ပြီးတော့ ရွှေငါးလေးတွေနဲ့ လိပ်တစ်ကောင်ကိုလည်းတွေ့ခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ ကောင်းကင်မှာ တိမ်အချို့ဖြစ်ထွန်းနေတဲ့အတွက် ရေကန်ထဲမှာမြင်နေရပါတယ်။ အဆောက်အဦငယ်တစ်ခုကိုလည်း ရေကန်ထဲမှာမြင်နေရပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ဓာတ်ပုံရိုက်ယူခဲ့ပါတယ်။
It is summer time in Myanmar where we live. The temperature is higher than last year. I sweat a lot while sitting in the shade. Some people's health is affected by the high temperature. It is not easy to walk during this hot summer.
ကျွန်တော်တို့နေထိုင်တဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက နွေရာသီကာလဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ယခင်နှစ်များထက်လည်း အပူချိန်မြင့်မားနေပါတယ်။ အရိပ်ထဲမှာထိုင်နေရင်း ချွေးတွေအများကြီးထွက်တတ်ပါတယ်။ အပူချိန်မြင့်မားတဲ့ဒဏ်ကြောင့် လူအချို့လည်း ကျန်းမာရေးထိခိုက်ကြပါတယ်။ အခုလို ပူပြင်းတဲ့နွေရာသီကာလမှာ လမ်းလျောက်ဖို့မလွယ်ကူပါဘူး။
In this summer with high temperature, we are taking more care of our health. Good health to all friends.
အပူချိန်မြင့်မားနေတဲ့ အခုလ်ု နွေရာသီမှာ ကျန်းမာရေးကို ပိုပြီးဂရုစိုက်နေရပါတယ်။ မိတ်ဆွေများအားလုံးလည်း ကျန်းမာရေးကောင်းမွန်ကြပါစေ။
