Walking through the looking glass, Alice came to an old wooden door. There was a lock in the bracket, but it was not closed.
-I wonder what is behind that door?
Alice quietly took the shackle of the lock from the bracket, put the lock on the ground and pushed the door forward a little. There was the creaky sound of old, unlubricated door hinges. Reluctantly, the door opened slightly.
-Oh!

Алиса тихонько вынула дужку замка из дужки, положила замок на землю и немного толкнула дверь вперёд. Раздался скрипучий звук старых несмазанных дверных петель. Со скрипом дверь слегка приоткрылась.

Alice carefully took a few steps forward.
Алиса осторожно сделала несколько шагов вперёд.

Всё это странно, подумала Алиса. Я иду вперёд а деревья всё не приближаются. Ну и ладно, я пойду в другую сторону.
Она развернулась, сделала шаг и почти провалилась.

Опять странно, подумала Алиса, если бы я сделал ещё шаг, то попала бы ногой в небо.

И тут не легче. Она повернулась в сторону двери.

Before she had time to think it, she again found herself behind the wooden door.
-No, I will not open any doors here anymore, Alice thought and immediately saw a small, neat door, into which only the March hare could squeeze. And since it was March in the yard, Alice decided to wait a bit. What if he appears here.
Вместо двери её глазам предстал какой-то странный портал. Он менял цвет, очертание и было ощущение, что сейчас он пропадёт и Алиса навсегда останется в этом странном месте.
-Пора возвращаться.
Не успела она это подумать, как вновь очутилась за деревянной дверью.
-Нет, больше я не буду открывать тут никаких дверей, подумала Алиса и тут же увидела маленькую, аккуратную дверку, в которую мог протиснуться разве что мартовский заяц. А поскольку на дворе был март месяц, Алиса решила немного подождать. А вдруг он тут появится.
