The bench remains motionless, but its shadow moves, changes character, becomes longer, softer, more diffuse.
In these photos, there is a small visual game: the object is rigid, practical, made for sitting; the shadow, on the other hand, is light, ephemeral, and changing. Furthermore, one is meant to be used, the other for the simple coincidence between light and form. This is a bench that serves us well and takes up more space in the house. It also draws another world on the floor, one made of geometry, silence, and filtered light, where the everyday becomes, for a moment, something unexpectedly poetic.
Desde otro ángulo, pero el mismo banco, el efecto cambia, puesto que la sombra se estira y se deforma ligeramente, como si intentara escapar de la forma original. Ya no es una copia fiel, sino una interpretación, que va a cambiar dependiendo de la posición de la luz. El banco permanece inmóvil, pero su sombra se mueve, cambia de carácter, se vuelve más larga, más suave, más difusa.
