Thank you very much Melinda!! I had a bad couple of days but today I woke up feeling a little better. My fault as I tried doing too much too soon but lesson learned. I go back for a 2nd follow-up on Thursday so hoping for good news and I plan on taking it nice and easy between now and then. 🙂
