Visitando un chalet en estos días de mucho calor, me encontré con este gran reflejo de la piscina y los juegos de los niños. Estuve en el lugar y momento precisos para aprovechar la luz y un ángulo que hiciera el reflejo aún más nítido. Aunque visualmente es muy bonito, este efecto espejo en zonas de campo representa un peligro para las aves, ya que confunden el reflejo de los árboles y el cielo con la continuación de su entorno natural.

While visiting a vacation home during this heat wave, I came across this stunning reflection of the pool and the children playing. I was in just the right place at just the right time to take advantage of the light and an angle that made the reflection even sharper. Although it’s visually stunning, this mirror-like effect in rural areas poses a danger to birds, as they mistake the reflection of the trees and the sky for an extension of their natural surroundings.
