I was walking along our street one bright early morning when I noticed our neighbors' gates casting shadows on the street. I thought they looked like interlopers or creepers, leaving dark smudges on the otherwise clear and bright street.
But then my SMASh mode took over and I noticed that the designs of the gates were clearly etched on the street creating a myriad of beautifully designed shadows.
Now, I said to myself, I have an entry to this Round. I took a couple more photos of these welcome "gate crashers".
