A bright Sunday morning in DD💛
Being an early riser, I was outside a little while ago (7 am), getting some sunshine. And there, I noticed tiny shadows, which I couldn't resist photographing. Flies were all over the old luggage that the husband placed near the storage. The little creatures move and fly fast, so it was challenging to take snaps, but I managed to get a few.
The first one below (and also on the top image) is a flesh fly. They are quite a problem in the pepper farm, as they inject the fruits with their deadly virus, causing them to rot and fall off. We have not been able to find anything to drive them away. Fly traps have been installed all around, yet these pests still thrive and abound, damaging even the new and tiny fruits.
Anyway, speaking of flies, I also had a few hunts during a mental diet walk over a week ago, of one, perched on the anther of a flowering shrub. It cast a shadow, which looked as though it was part of the flower's anthers and filaments. I kind of wish the droplet on the petal had shadow too, lol!
Oh well, the fly moved, and its faint shadow can be seen on the petal. Forgive me for the blurry photo though.😊

And one last shadow of a fly on the truck's tent. It seems to be enjoying the early sunshine too!

Ohhhooo, happy Sunday. Ang aga ng langaw na yaan, pero ang gaganda ng shot. May dumalaw din na fly sakin kanina while having BF eh. Gusto pa kong unahan sa pandesal ko. Aigooo..lololol
