It is a building of a fish production centre located at Parbatipur. This fish production centre is under the North West Fisheries Expansion Project of Bangladesh. A few months ago on a beautiful afternoon, I went to visit this Fisheries Institute. It was an unprecedented experience. It was nice to be able to capture a picture of a reflection.
