Otra cosa que hace que preferencie este concurso sobre el resto, es la concentración que requiere al momento de hacer la ¨cacería¨ de ¨sombra¨, concentrarme en el entorno en busca de la mejor sombra mantiene mi cabeza ocupada, y hace que olvide del resto de las cosas, entre ella, mi dolencia del ¨nervio¨¨ciático¨. Llevo varios meses con esta afección y cada vez se agudiza más. Esta semana inicie con las ejercitaciones que sirven para distender el nervio, espero que pronto comience a ver algunos resultados, mientras tanto tengo que lidiar con ello
