Yesterday I had to go out to run some errands and solve some urgent situations at a family level, and there was a moment when I had to sit on a wall to wait for a person. And while I was thinking about the whole situation that I had to respond to, I noticed the image that the shadow of the bush gave and decided to take out the phone and take the image to share it here in the contest. But the most interesting thing about what I'm telling you above is how something as simple as a shadow, an image and what surrounds us can take us out of a moment of worry and anguish. Pero lo más interesante de lo que les comento arriba es cómo algo tan simple como una sombra, una imagen y aquello que nos rodea puede sacarnos de un momento de preocupación y de angustia. Creo que eso ayuda a entender la frase: “Hay que vivir en el aquí y en el ahora”. Sí es cierto, el problema va a seguir existiendo e igual habrá que darle respuesta; por más doloroso que sea, también es cierto que el disfrutar de cada momento de la vida, hasta de las situaciones más simples, hace ver el mundo con otro punto de vista más optimista y esperanzador.
