[ENG] This week I have walked through the city of San Antonio de los Altos always observing, camera in hand, looking for good topics. It is the city where I live, here the architecture is simple, pragmatic, and yet dynamic and picturesque scenes can be observed.

Esta semana he caminado por la ciudad de San Antonio de los Altos siempre observando, con la cámara en la mano, buscando buenos temas. Es la ciudad en donde vivo, aquí la arquitectura es sencilla, pragmática, y aun así se observan escenas dinámicas y pintorescas.
[ESP] Esta primera foto, es mi entrada al concurso.
[ENG] The elements of architecture appear as a direct response to basic needs, homes that are also shelters require a security system such as bars, however, it is difficult to imagine that someone would climb the wall of a building to the ground 8.
[ESP] Los elementos de la arquitectura aparecen como respuesta directa a las necesidades básicas, los hogares que son a la vez refugio requieren de un sistema de seguridad como las rejas, sin embargo, es difícil imaginar que alguien escalaría por la pared de un edificio hasta el piso 8.
[ENG] This city is so small that almost no building looks like others, although there are some urbanizations of repeated buildings, such as twin brothers.

[ESP] Esta ciudad es tan pequeña que casi ningún edificio se parece, aunque hay algunas urbanizaciones de edificios iguales, como hermanos morochos.

[ENG] I like to do an exercise to sharpen the architect's eyes, I always go out at different times and I like to observe the angles of each facade, keep in mind the cardinal points and see how the sun's rays affect each building. It is something that varies subtly during the year, sometimes the sun shines from the south and on other dates, close to June, it strikes more from the north.
[ESP] Me gusta realizar un ejercicio para afilar los ojos de arquitecto, siempre salgo a diferentes horas y me gusta observar los ángulos de cada fachada, tener presente los puntos cardinales y ver como inciden los rayos solares en cada edificio. Es algo que varía sutilmente durante el año, a veces el sol incide desde el sur y en otras fechas, cercanas a junio, incide más desde el norte.
[ENG] For me photography is like writing, it helps me remember and record ideas and moments, it is a tool for studying reality that, at the same time, can adds value to the elements it captures.
[ESP] Para mí la fotografía es como escribir, me ayuda a recordar y registrar ideas y momentos, es una herramienta de estudio de la realidad que, a la vez, puede agrega valor a los elementos que captura.
