Giacomo went into the shop because he wanted to give his girlfriend a pair of sunglasses for her birthday, which fell within a few days. Before him there was a couple who were choosing glasses and he catalyzed the saleswoman who served them: she was a young woman with delicate features, fair skin. She had two lovely dimples on her cheeks and a few freckles, maybe she was Irish - he thought. She smiled with her eyes. He followed her hands as they removed the glasses from the gentleman in front, imagining those same hands caressing him. He felt the urge to get out of the shop and take a cold shower to figure out if that was a little spell or an eternal magic.

Giacomo entrò nel negozio perchè voleva regalare un paio di occhiali da sole alla sua ragazza per il suo compleanno che cadeva da lì a pochi giorni. Prima di lui c'era una coppia che stava scegliendo degli occhiali e lui si catalizzò sulla commessa che li serviva: era una giovane donna dai lineamenti delicati, la pelle chiara. Aveva due fossette deliziose sulle guance e qualche lentiggine, forse era irlandese – pensò. Sorrideva con gli occhi. Lui seguì le sue mani che toglievano gli occhiali al signore davanti immaginando quelle stesse mani che lo accarezzavano. Sentì l'urgenza di uscire dal negozio e di farsi una doccia gelata per capire se quello era un piccolo incantesimo o una magia eterna.
