Carla had always been a lover of shoes, she had learned that from her mother. She always had beautiful shoes, usually handmade, colorful, refined, eccentric. She was quite small in stature so from a young age she had learned to use heels, even in the most uncomfortable situations, and with her long legs she never went unnoticed. But she didn't do it coquettishly, no, because for her the shoe was just an extension of her body.

Carla era sempre stata un'amante delle scarpe, lo aveva imparato da sua madre. Aveva sempre delle scarpe bellissime, di solito fatte a mano, colorate, raffinate, eccentriche. Lei era piuttosto piccola di statura cosi fin da giovane aveva imparato a usare i tacchi, anche nelle situazioni piu scomode, e con le sue gambe lunghe non passava mai inosservata. Ma non lo faceva con civetteria, no, perchè per lei la scarpa era solo un prolungamento del suo corpo.
