ENG - Mom and Dad kept arguing. They always argued, over every nonsense: for the house, for who had to go to pick Joy from school, for a delay of 2 minutes, because someone had forgotten to buy the toothpaste, because the chicken was not good even if they had bought it already made - Then they fought over the gastronomy where the poor chicken had been bought or over the oven that was not working properly.
One day the teacher asked Joy what he wanted to be when he grew up.
- I want to build bridges !! - he replied enthusiastically.
- Why? - asked the teacher.
- Because the world is already full of walls - he answered wisely.
IT – Mamma e papà continuavano a litigare. Litigavano sempre, per ogni sciocchezza: per la casa, per chi doveva andare a prendere Joy a scuola, per un ritardo di 2 minuti, perchè qualcuno aveva dimenticato di comprare il dentifricio, perchè il pollo non era buono anche se lo avevano comprato già fatto. Allora litigavano per la gastronomia dove era stato comprato il povero pollo o sul forno che non funzionava a dovere.
Un giorno la maestra chiese a Joy cosa volesse fare da grande.
- Voglio costruire ponti!! - rispose con entusiasmo.
- Perchè?- chiese la maestra.
- Perchè di muri è già pieno il mondo – rispose saggiamente.
