The building is "Parque Cristal" (Crystal Park) is an office and recreation building located on Francisco de Miranda Avenue located in front of East Park in Caracas, Venezuela. The project was in charge of the architect Walter Jimmy Alcock. I took the pic with my Samsung s3 mini.

This is an interesting looking building. Is it in your city and what is it used for? Also, nice how the clouds reflect off it making sort of blend with the sky.

The building is called Parque Cristal (CrystalPark) and it is located here in Caracas at the Parque Miranda Metro Station (Miranda Park Metro Station) Thanks for your question because that's how I realized that I was missing those data in the post. I'm going to edit it.
