I love pink flamingos!
I have a pink flamingo rashguard, pink flamingo beach towels, pink flamingo beach bag, pink flamingo mug... and pink flamingo garden decor.
And when my flamingo garden decor cast this shadow, I just had to take the photo and submit it as my entry to this week's Show Me a Shadow challenge.
I have come to love shadow hunting. It has increased my awareness and appreciation of the simple things, such as the beauty of the shadows of ordinary, everyday objects. Sometimes, I find shadows thought-provoking!

There are some great Shadow Hunters, but we try to mix it up so that some of the newbies win often, too! Everyone should feel included, right? ❤️

Including the links is a good idea, but I simply don't have time. By the time I do the new contest post and then put together the winners post and send out all the token prizes and then all the hive prizes I have put in a full day's work! All my family and friends know not to bother me on Fridays.

I had to do some research, and I found out that the Pink Flamingo was first designed in 1957 and these "birds" are native of Leominster Massachusetts, and they claim to be the Plastics Capital of the World😀

Interesting that these birds were "designed"! I better check them out. I just love them because they are elegant, and because they have the unusual light pink color! Huh, from Massachussetts? Interesting! I thought that it would be more like Florida or a place like that. And I learned something new again.
