—¿Cosas?
No sé cómo explicarlo.

No... Eh, yo no...

Lisbeth returned from the kitchen carrying two cups. She found her friend Laura sitting in the living room, looking around and rubbing her hands.
"Here you go," said Lisbeth, "chamomile tea with..."
"Shhh! He's listening to us, I know it, he thinks I don't realize it, but I do."
"What? Who are you talking about?"
"I don't know his name, I just know he's here. Somehow he knows what we're doing, he even has the ability to know what we're thinking."
"Are you okay, Laura? You seem very agitated. If anyone needs hot tea, it's you... I've discovered that the secret is to add some..."
"He's a lunatic. A very strange guy. He enjoys all of this, it excites him."
"Laura, you're scaring me, you sound paranoid."
"You don't understand, he does things, I've seen it, recently my neighbor Ana..."
"Things? What kind of things?"
"All kinds," Laura paused to scan the house with her eyes. "I feel like something is going to happen, something strange, a kind of... I don't know how to explain it."
"Listen, try to calm down, it's obvious that something is wrong with you. I'll call your husband to come over. In the meantime, drink your tea, everything will be fine."

Laura brought the cup to her lips, but before tasting the liquid, she stopped.
"Is it poisoned?"
"What?! No... Uh, I don't... But what are you saying... I don't know what... "
"Aha!" exclaimed Laura triumphantly. "That was it! I knew something was going to happen. Why do you want to kill me? Am I someone from your past? Did I hurt you and don't remember? Are you sleeping with my husband?"
Lisbeth turned pale upon hearing the last statement. She realized she had been discovered.
"That's it, right?! You both planned to kill me, didn't you? I caught you, you piece of sht!" shouted Laura as she looked around, completely ignoring Lisbeth. "Where are you? Who the hell are you?"
She then began to turn the house upside down, moving furniture and lifting the carpet. She didn't even notice when Lisbeth went to flush the poisoned tea down the toilet. Laura continued with her frenzied mission, wanting to find some detail that didn't fit in the surroundings. After breaking things like a madwoman, she found a strange crack in the back of a chair. It was a conspicuous crack, like an error in the design, no, rather in the composition... Or rather, in reality. She began to scratch and widen the crack with her fingers, which was strangely easy, until she found a hole that led to who knows where. She peeked inside and smiled triumphantly.
"There you are," she said. "I see you, you little piece of sh
t."

Laura stared at me through that hole. That startled me, so I dropped the pen and quickly closed the notebook.
I went to bed and decided I would not continue writing.

Laura might have seem paranoid but for second, she was saying the truth about Lisbeth, oh!, was it you who Laura was complaining about?, maybe, the book you were writing, disturbed Laura so much, you might have leave your light on as you were on bed, because Laura's eyes got you scared.
